1. Select
We identify promising early-stage startups — typically from Pre-Seed to Series A — through our network, referrals, targeted sourcing, and invitations to co-invest alongside experienced lead investors.
Each opportunity is evaluated based on founder strength, market potential, and where our angels can bring real strategic value. We prioritise companies with strong execution, a clear thesis, and room for our network to contribute meaningfully.
2. Invest
Once a deal is selected, we structure it via a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) using Odin. This allows angels in our network to participate on a deal-by-deal basis with minimal admin.
Each opportunity is shared privately with relevant investors, along with deal details, diligence materials, and terms. Participation is entirely optional — angels can choose the deals that align with their interests, expertise, and conviction. Access to these SPVs is exclusively available to Angles in our network with relevant industry expertise.
3. Connect
For founders, Selected Angels offers more than capital — it brings access to a network of sector-relevant investors who strengthen the company’s positioning from the start.
